Cancellation Policy
PAY AS YOU GO SESSIONS
We will return the full amount of the PAY AS YOU GO session if you cancel your course more than 7 days before the start date.
We are unable to issue a refund for session cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the start date.
Within 7 days of the request, refunds will be processed and provided to the original payment method.
MONTHLY AND GROUP SESSIONS
We will return the full amount of the MONTHLY AND GROUP session if you cancel your course more than 15 days before the start date.
We are unable to issue a refund for session cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the start date.
Within 7 days of the request, refunds will be processed and provided to the original payment method.
RE-Scheduling Guidelines
We offer one free rescheduling for your language course during a six-month period if you need to. There will be a $20 administrative charge for any further rescheduling.
Please get in touch with US at least five (5) days prior to the commencement of your session in order to reschedule it.
Language School’s Termination
Rarely, we might have to cancel a course if there are not enough students enrolled or other unforeseeable problems. In these situations, we will give you as much advance notice as we can and provide you the choice of switching to a different course or getting a complete tuition refund.
